• Account details - your name, email address, and phone number when you create an account or sign in (via email/password or Google/X).
• Order & shipping details - the products you order, any custom name/number, your shipping address and pincode.
• Payment information - payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details on our servers; we only receive confirmation of a successful payment.
• Usage data - basic analytics (pages visited, device/browser) and advertising measurement collected via Google Analytics, Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram), and cookies to improve the Site and measure ads.

2. How we use your information

• To process, fulfil, and deliver your orders.
• To provide customer support and respond to your queries.
• To operate accounts, referrals, and coupons.
• To improve the Site and understand how it is used.
• To send order updates and, if you opt in, marketing about drops and offers.

3. Sharing your information

We share your data only as needed to run the store:

• Shiprocket (our logistics partner) - your name, address, phone, and order details to deliver your package.
• Cashfree Payments - to process payments securely.
• Clerk, Google Analytics, and Meta - for authentication, Site analytics, and ad measurement.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

4. Cookies & consent

We use strictly-necessary cookies to keep you signed in and remember your cart and preferences (like theme). Analytics and advertising tags (Google Analytics and Meta Pixel) load only after you accept in the cookie banner. If you decline, these tags do not load. You can reopen Cookie settings from the footer to change or withdraw your choice; withdrawal stops future tag activity but cannot retract data already sent to a provider. Necessary storage keeps sign-in, cart, and preference features working.

5. Data retention & security

We retain account and order data for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Analytics and advertising providers may retain data under their own policies. We take reasonable technical measures (encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls) to protect your data, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

6. Your rights (incl. GDPR)

Depending on your location, you have the right to: access a copy of your personal data, request correction or deletion ("right to be forgotten"), request portability of your data in a machine-readable format, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email us and we will respond within 30 days at no charge.

Lawful basis. We process your data to perform our contract with you (fulfilling orders), for legitimate interests (running and securing the store), and - for analytics - on the basis of your consent. EU/UK users may also lodge a complaint with their local data-protection authority.

7. Children

The Site is intended for users aged 18 and above, or minors under the supervision of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect data from children without such consent.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
