CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

This policy explains how cancellations, exchanges, and refunds work at The Armory (thearmory.store). It works alongside our Terms of Service.

1. Cancellations

• You may request cancellation of an order any time before it is dispatched. Contact us via the contact page with your order ID.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
• Personalised jerseys (custom name/number) are made to order — cancellation may not be possible once production has started, even if the order hasn't shipped yet.
• Orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded to the original payment method.

2. Size exchanges — not refunds

A size mismatch is not grounds for a refund. If the size doesn't fit, we offer a 7-day size exchange instead:

• Request the exchange within 7 days of delivery via the contact page.
• The jersey must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags intact; exchanges are subject to inspection.
• Exchanges are for a different size of the same jersey, subject to stock.
• Personalised jerseys (custom name/number) are made to order and are not eligible for size exchange — please check the size guide on the product page before ordering.

3. When refunds apply

Refunds are considered only for valid cases, such as:

• A manufacturing defect in the product you received.
• You received the wrong item (different from what you ordered).
• Your order was lost in transit and confirmed undelivered by our logistics partner.
• You cancelled before dispatch (see section 1).

The following are not valid grounds for a refund:

• Size mismatch or fit preference (covered by size exchange, section 2).
• Change of mind after dispatch.
• Minor colour variation from screen displays.
• Damage caused after delivery, or by washing against the care instructions.

4. How refunds work

• Raise the issue within 48 hours of delivery via the contact page, with your order ID and clear photos/video of the issue (an unboxing video helps a lot).
• We'll review and respond with a resolution — replacement, exchange, or refund, at our discretion.
• As stated in our Terms, all refunds are granted solely at the discretion of The Armory.
• Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method via Razorpay. Bank posting times vary by provider.
