TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to The Armory. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of thearmory.store (the "Site") and any purchase you make. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be 18 or older, or use the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

2. Products & pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Optional personalisation (custom name and/or number) is charged as shown on each product page.
• We may change prices, products, and drops at any time. Limited drops are sold in limited quantities and may not be restocked.
• We make every effort to display colours and designs accurately; slight variation may occur.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion (for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues). Payment is processed securely through Razorpay; your order is confirmed once payment succeeds.

4. Shipping & delivery

We ship across India via Delhivery. Delivery timelines (typically 2–5 days) are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary by location and serviceability. Cash on Delivery is available on select pincodes based on Delhivery serviceability, confirmed at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

5. Cancellations, exchanges & returns

• Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched; once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled.
• We offer a 7-day size exchange on unworn items with tags intact, subject to inspection.
• Personalised items (with custom name/number) are made to order and are generally not eligible for exchange except in the case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

6. Refunds

All refunds are granted solely at the discretion of The Armory. Where we choose to issue a refund, it will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable period. Approval of a refund in one instance does not entitle you to a refund in any other instance. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

Team names, logos, and marks referenced on the Site belong to their respective organisations and are used to describe the designs offered. All Site content, branding of "The Armory", and original designs are our property or used with permission, and may not be copied without consent.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to breach its security, disrupt its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Armory is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
