TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to The Armory. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of thearmory.store (the "Site") and any purchase you make. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be 18 or older, or use the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

2. Products & pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Optional personalisation (custom name and/or number) is charged as shown on each product page.
• We may change prices, products, and drop order windows. A stated drop deadline is an order-window deadline, not a claim about on-hand stock; all sizes are made to order.
• Orders with 4 or more kits receive ₹200 off when no coupon is applied. A coupon replaces this offer. Creator-code benefits, review rewards, and account credits are shown in the checkout quote and may follow separate eligibility rules.
• We make every effort to display colours and designs accurately; slight variation may occur.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline an order where necessary (for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or production constraints). Payment is processed securely through Cashfree Payments; your order is confirmed once payment succeeds.

4. Shipping & delivery

Every size is made to order after purchase. Production time and courier transit vary by order, location, and serviceability; tracking is shared after dispatch. We do not guarantee delivery by an event date or a specific delivery time. All orders are currently prepaid. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

5. Cancellations, returns & exchanges

• All sizes are made to order. Cancellation may not be possible once production has started; contact us promptly with your order ID.
• Returns and exchanges are handled case by case - we do not offer a fixed return window or guaranteed size exchange.
• Personalization is available only on selected designs; see the product page for supported options and charges.

6. Refunds

Refund, return, and exchange requests are reviewed case by case under our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Where we approve a refund, it will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable period. Approval in one instance does not entitle you to the same outcome in any other instance. Nothing in this section limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

Team, league, event, and game-publisher names, logos, and other marks belong to their respective owners. The Armory is not affiliated with or endorsed by those owners unless expressly stated for a product with authorization. A descriptive reference or disclaimer does not itself grant a license. All Site content and The Armory branding are our property or used with permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to breach its security, disrupt its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Armory is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
